1~, 2~, AND 3~. MIX. IF TOO THICK ADD MORE BEER. SHOOT FOR A CATSUPY TEXTURE. SLICE THE PEPPERS DOWN THE MIDDLE INTO 2 PIECES AND SCRAPE OUT THE SEEDS. FILL WITH CHEESE AND PLACE CHEESE SIDE UP ON AN OILED COOKIE SHEET. DRIZZLE BATTER ON EACH ONE. A FORK WORKS. BAKE AT 350* FOR 15-20 MINUTES. EVERY OVEN SEEMS TO BE DIFFERENT. BAKE TIL PEPPERS ARE SOFT ALL THE WAY THROUGH. POP.
