VEGAN MAYO

you never have to eat pods from a chickens pussy ever again... unless youre into that kind of thing...

1~2~ 1C soy milk(plain unsweetened)
1~2~ 2C oil(with light flavor. olive is too strong. i use avocado oil or light olive)
~~2~ 1T cider vinegar
~~2~ 1T lemon or lime juice
~~2~ 1T(or more) mustard(yellow or dijon)
~~2~ 1T miso
~~2~ 1/2t garlic powder
~~2~ 1/4t black pepper
~~2~ salt to taste

1~ blend THE SOY AND OIL ONLY till thick(few seconds)
2~ mix and/or blend

ive tried many other types of seed milks. only soy works. soy has a lot of the right kind of lecithin. thats why its used for tofu and tons of other processed foods. its pretty magical... wish it was better for you and less GMOed... oh well
