1~2~ 1t baking powder
1~2~ 1t baking soda
1~2~ 1t vinegar
~~2~ 4c masa
~~2~ 1T salt
~~2~ 4T margarine or oil
~~2~ water or broth

1~ mix.
2~ mix with enough water to make a play-dough or cookie dough consistency.

make a filling of whatever. some ppl like sweet fruity stuff. im more of a spicy chili type. grab a small hand full of dough shove some filling in it, wrap it in corn husk(soaked if using dry husks then separated. i never tie them but some ppl love extra work) stack a bunch in a steamer. steam them. dip in a fiery sauce.
